“ Recently, I stopped into Just Salad, on the UES. A young man named Ishmael served me, and made me an amazing “earth bowl” with chicken in it. It was so incredibly good. Thank you, Ishmael! : ) And he was so kind and welcoming! I told him that I would have a few bites, and then “take it to go.” But it was such an amazing salad that I must have sat there for (at least) half an hour chowing down!! Once I had had a bite, I couldn’t stop. (I know, that sounds like a big bag of chips. I assure you that, yes, it was actually a big salad! LOL) This was my first time eating in a Just Salad establishment, and it was a wonderful experience.
